Posted by Andy Johnson | Hair Care | Friday 22 January 2010 10:44 pm

Hair care is very important for a person to take care of his hair or else baldness can occur very soon and earlier than the normal age. Castor oil is very good for shining hair. If it is possible then they can be washed with tea once a week. This makes them shiny and healthy. Coconut oil is a very good oil to keep them healthy. Using coconut oil on a regular basis is very helpful and it will nourish your hair.

In many places curd is also used to make the them strong and healthy. This will make them strong from the roots. If you have dandruff in your hair then using the hibiscus plant leaves can be useful. Use the hibiscus plant leaves and take out the juice from these leaves and then apply this juice in your hair. This should be done regularly so that the dandruff gets finished from your hair scalp.

It is also suggested that shampoo should not be used more than 3 times a week. This is because shampoo contains many chemicals and if these chemicals are used to much then they can also cause hair loss. To prevent baldness or hair less one should always use natural medicines on his hair. Hair loss can be prevented by using special shampoos which are available in the market. These shampoo have such chemicals which prevent excessive hair loss and reduce the loss to the average amount. But even these shampoos should be used in the suggested amount.

Magnetic Therapy for Skin and Hair Care

Beneficial effects of magnets have been observed on the skin and hair. The skin normally secretes adequate quantities of skin pigment which imparts the natural color to it. However, due to the mal-function of the pigment-secreting layer of the skin, ugly white patches of leucoderma appear on different parts of the body. Similarly, the central layer of the skin – the dermis – secretes sweat and skin oil and keeps the skin soft and oily. Any-malfunction of this layer of the skin leads to many skin disorders and conditions such as an excessively dry or oily skin.

A similar effect has been observed on the restoration of the dark pigmentation of hair. A number of reports are pouring in on the magnificent effects of magnets. Dr Maclean of New York observed long ago an interesting side-effect of working with magnets – restoration of pigmentation of natural color from silvery white.

The many Magnetic therapist has the distinction of successfully treating numerous cases of leucoderma in young girls through application of magnets and intake of magnetized water who have ever expressed their grateful thanks for treating them through such a simple device.
